Uli is in the kitchen, blending goodness with beauty. She's in the garden, nurturing and harvesting the fruits of Mother Nature. She is in the House, weaving the threads of genuine, creative, and sincere hospitality, soft as the clouds chasing each other across the sky.

Roman: farm and poetic enchantment.

Roman is the animals' caretaker, whom he raises, cares for, and nurtures with love and discretion. There's no chemistry, no poison in what he dispenses, and the Tux cows, a prized ancient breed, the mountain sheep, and the tranquil pigs all thank him happily.

Andy: the dining room, wine, and positive energy.

Andy runs the dining room with his distinctive youthful strength. He knows wine like the mountains and is constantly on the lookout for the new or the old, to uncork among the woods of the old stube with the right passion.

Jan: the little, big man.

Jan is the youngest in the family, hence nicknamed “The Little One”. He's still busy with schoolwork, but whenever he can, he helps out in the dining room, and from being “The Little One”, he becomes big in a split second. Always with a smile on his face.
